After Lee & I discussed our break up, I thought it would be helpful to hear from two people who have been together for 30 years, my sweet parents. They bring us through their journey together starting at a nightclub. We listen to how they've moved through difficult times, come to accept the other person's flaws and continue choosing each other every day. This is a *real* love story... imperfect & all.

Why We Broke Up & How is Quarantine Together? | ft. Lee Asher

Why We Broke Up & How is Quarantine Together? | ft. Lee Asher

Lee and I broke up a few months ago and we've been taking that time to work on ourselves separately to heal & grow as individuals. Since making the decision to quarantine together, we have been communicating things with each other that we never did while dating. We're learning how to talk more, be more effective when we do, & so much more. This week we share what lead to the break up, what we've learned since, & how we made the decision to isolate together in the first place. I hope you find this insightful, maybe helpful, & definitely raw.

I loooovvve this and your goal

Hi I just started listening to this podcast a few weeks ago and love it. I’m a 13 year old girl who has a dream to live in a tiny house of some sort and as I was planning this at the age of ten I discovered Van life. My dad showed my because all I watch is Tiny home and Van life videos but these were not appealing because it wasn’t like a home it was like a van and it just had boxes of clothes and food and it was designed and was NOT aesthetically pleasing. But then I found you. The videos of your home are amazing and I’ve seen them all and it’s gorgeous. (Can you please make a YouTube channel I know how hard it can be because I kind have social anxiety but I heard that it’s gotten better but idk if you make a channel I will be the first to subscribe. Also I have no social media so this podcast and YouTube is all I have of Van life stuff idk why I said that😂) but anyways I wish you all the best and may god bless you on your journey 😀😀❤️

Beautiful soul!

*Update* the one with her ex Lee was such a good one! It was open, honest, and raw. Sydney (and Lee) - by listening to you two hash things out (constructively), it is helping me articulate how I've been feeling individually and in my 16.75 year marriage.

Being quarantined isn't easy for any of us, but when you're independent and accustomed to having your alone time, it's really hard sometimes. While I was listening to your podcast (While having some ME time!), I jotted down some notes for my upcoming virtual therapy sesh. Metal health care is SO important, really critical always but especially now!

I've started listening to the one with the Hen dog! It's also really awesome! Sweet lhyke candee.

I started following Sydney on Insta because she has a cute dog and they go on fun adventures across the country. They are fun to follow, she goes to beautiful places. Now she's got another cute dog! She is authentic, kind and positive. Give it a listen and see!!
