Insightful Straight Talk
Andrea and Mary Beth tackled pertinent issues and gave some really great tips to help identify said issues / negative thoughts / self-detrimental thinking patterns and behaviors, etc. and provided tools to help navigate them in a more healthy way. And they did all of this without sounding preachy about any of it. Listening to them talking on the podcast felt like listening to my friends. I really enjoyed season 1 and I’m looking forward to many more seasons in the future!

Mary Beth and Andrea break down the basics into take-aways that I can actually apply to my daily life. Their down to earth personalities make it feel like I’m hanging out with my friends… who also happen to be licensed therapists.
