In the small copper town of Whoppertin Michigan, Tyler Bop must solve a missing persons case to free his best friend from jail all while trying to sell you scented candles. Oh and he may have an other worldly ability but I doubt that will come up.My Town is a scripted comedy podcast created by Declan Grogan with music by Emmett Hussman. It's pretty good I think.

Humorous yet evocative mystery
I love listening to mystery podcasts. My Town is a gem: it skillfully sets an interesting setting from first person narrator Declan who is a tour guide with a purpose. It’s light humorous tone belies surprising emotional depth, and most importantly it has an unpredictable plot. The podcast is well produced, and the sound editing and music are first rate. Mystery exposition can often be heavy handed, but cleverly executed here.

Enjoy the pod even with the big gap between last 2 shows - new season please
I have an independent true crime podcast, one of my main advertisers has been a local candle company, and my sons’ names are Emmett and Declan so I get personally victimized by this whole podcast experience. Therefore, 5-stars all day.
