-Crime/Mysteries/Paranormal/History-
- A podcast that dives deep into the unsolved and interesting, with an unpolished and unscripted “pirate radio” style. If you like a conversational style podcast about mysterious stuff, you'll love this!!
From 'PODCAST MAGAZINE' : Host Justin Rimmel does a solid job of making listeners feel like we are in the room with him while he shares particularly weird cases he comes across. If old-fashioned true-crime stories are your thing, you will certainly find them on Mysterious Circumstances, too. Justin also does a good job of being a bit skeptical when covering cases. While he doesn’t discount anything paranormal from the start, he does bring in reason and common sense. Whether you are looking for something a little different from the typical true-crime podcasts, or a little scarier, give Mysterious Circumstances a listen.

The Pitoni Skystones
The Skystone was discovered in 1990 by Angelo Pitoni, an archaeologist and geologist, in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Local legends stated that the stones were actually beings that once lived in the sky. Pitoni sent the stone for analysis to laboratories in Rome, Germany, Switzerland, and Tokyo. Researchers concluded that the stone was different from any other stone found on Earth, probably originating outside the planet. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Excellent Podcast!
I love this podcast! Justin does a great job with thoroughly researching his topics, and even if I’ve listened to other podcasts who covered the same subject, I always learn something new. He has a casual, friendly story telling style. It feels like having a convo with a friend! Don’t listen to the haters! Keep doing what you do!
Wow, wow, wow!
I am in my 50s and had never listened to podcasts. I had a road trip and decided to try one out and I thought it would be like an audio book.
I was completely sucked in to Justin’s conversation and am so impressed by his genuineness, his knowledge that would only come through hours of research and preparation, and his complete professionalism.
I specifically enjoy feeling like we are just sitting at a table drinking a beer while he is just telling me a story. I’m hooked!! I’ve been listening now to Blood and Dust, too, besides Mysterious Circumstances, and listen as much as I can, and sometimes repeat episodes. :).
I’ve tried a few other folks out, but keep coming back to a “Justin” creation because I compare everyone else to him now and they just don’t stack up. If i had tried out anyone other than Justin, I probably would’ve clicked the show off, so I’m thankful for the great entertainment and intellectual stimulation you are providing your listeners.
If you ever come toward Charlotte NC to do a show or investigation, let me know- I’ll buy you a beer. or Five. LOL
