Customer Reviews
Good potential but needs work.
Frankly, I like the direction the podcast takes but the speaker needs a bit more experience, research and preparation. Speech patterns are fragmented and there are delays when it seems she is trying to come up with something to say next. Particularly difficult is the audio when it sounds like the speaker is walking around the room or fidgeting with objects and moving closer and further from the microphone. It’s very distracting. Please look at more substantive information rather than your personal opinions and judgments. I really want to like this podcast and may give it a try from time to time to see if it develops.

Please do more preparation before recording!
I really wanted to like this podcast. The narrator even has a voice that can be listened to easily, however, the episodes are filled with “you know” repeatedly, and random ramblings, as if there isn’t any prep work done before recording. It sounds more like someone talking to a friend on the phone spontaneously as opposed to a researched retelling of a story. I was particularly perturbed by the host spending over 9 minutes at the start of the 16 minute Michael Vaughan episode talking about there being so many missing people in this country because “we have so many different places and spaces” in the country. On top of that, she begins talking about Michael’s case with misinformation, as I know Michael’s mom wasn’t at home when he went missing, yet the host states that his mom was in the front yard watching him going from house to house looking for kids to play with.
Aside from that, the mouth clicking noises make it very hard to not just turn it off.
I think it could possibly be a good podcast as long as there is research done and preparation of what’s going to be said beforehand, and the host using mindfulness to not make the clicking sounds with their mouth.
