    Intentional Creation (Part 2)

What if there's no single path to transformation, but a toolkit with specific tools for every moment? See the video version of this episode on YouTube. In this continuation of Intentional Creation (Part 1), I dive deeper into the Reality Transurfing distinction between inner and outer intention: the idea that truly manifesting requires not just clarifying what you want, but getting out of the way so the universe can meet you halfway. From there, I trace my own journey through several frameworks for understanding the mind and its role in shaping reality. The coherence between mind and heart (the rational planner and the intuitive, present-moment knower) presented in Reality Transurfing is compared to perspectives from Jungian psychology, Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT), shadow work, and the Gene Keys — each serving a purpose at a different stage. Talk therapy offered me acknowledgment and context. Shadow work opened the door to expression and release. RRT went deeper, shifting subconscious patterns at the root. And Gene Keys provided the gentler, contemplative backdrop for observing and allowing shadow behaviors to soften over time. I also explore reducing importance, the tension of attachment that blocks the flow between intention and manifestation, and how playful, light-hearted experiments (like imagining a red balloon and watching it appear) can gather the evidence your rational mind needs to get on board. Your reality is a fascinating research subject. Time to start taking notes...or just enjoy the ride! Season 2 of Mysterious Studies has been my process of exploring and integrating these tools and understanding when each is useful, in what way and for whom. This episode reflects that arrival point, and I'm extending an open invitation: a free 15-minute call for anyone who resonates, is curious, or feels stuck in the cloud of confusion and wants to enlist my perspective into the process. Intentional Creation (Part 1)

Is reality something you experience as happening to you, or something you're continuously co-creating? See the video version of this episode on YouTube. In this episode, I explore my own journey between extremes: from my cultural restraint around desire, to specific manifestation lists, and back toward open-ended co-creation. Along the way, I discuss pendulums as energetic structures we unconsciously attach to, and the role of clearing the mind so that there is space to create something new. I dive into why sometimes the most powerful intention isn't a distant dream but the next easy step right in front of you. We discuss how Reality Transurfing frames the universe as a trickster that mirrors your beliefs, while Rapid Resolution Therapy® offers a grounded approach to shifting dysfunctional patterns out of the way. This episode lives at the intersection of practical and profound. No promises that reality will reshape itself if you visualize hard enough. Instead, I leave you with a more honest invitation: understand your relationship with attention, emotion, and belief...then move forward with whatever approach fits your path in the present moment. If you want to connect with me directly, I am now offering a free 15-minute meeting! Shadow Work for Self-Liberation with Vee Asimov

What if shadow work doesn't need to be a heavy process of fixing your flaws but an opportunity to unleash your power and follow your passion? In this episode, we meet Vee Asimov, a shadow worker and existential detective who has spent years mapping the terrain between psychology and spirituality, grounded in her own lived experience. We talk about the messy reality of embodiment—why journaling can sometimes drag you deeper into panic, why screaming into music became my bridge back to feeling, and why the answer might be less about thinking harder and more about letting your body express whatever needs to come through. Vee shares her own journey: from living in her head trying to a spiritual awakening triggered by a comic book, to a relationship that shattered her rose-tinted glasses and pushed her to embrace her predatory side. We talk about how neurodivergent minds operate on frequencies that trigger neurotypical masking, why authenticity is becoming a valuable skill in this rising age of consciousness, and why being direct instead of gentle can be kinder to someone's soul. We offer practical tools: how to go straight to the childhood pattern instead of self-judging, how to use reality as a mirror without punishing yourself for seeing your reflection, and why following your curiosity moment to moment beats treating shadow work like homework. Vee mentions her course The Mystic's Guide to Shadow Work—designed to be dense but integrable at your own pace, with reminders to let your body breathe between the deep dives. This is a conversation about making shadow work less heavy. About turning it from a burden into an instant hack for self-liberation. About the art of opting in and out of different layers of reality depending on what's useful in the moment. And maybe most importantly, about finding the place where you don't need to dissolve to keep others comfortable, but can be fully yourself. Experiencing Embodiment with Jeanne Panucci

What happens when the spiritual search stops being about accumulating knowledge and starts being about actually inhabiting your body? In this expansive episode, we meet with Jeanne Panucci, a spiritual guide and coach whose journey began with a deceptively simple question at age six: "What are we doing here?" That question carried her through careers in business, education, and interior design, through years of reading spiritual books and attending retreats, always seeking but never quite landing. Until a profound spiritual awakening on a flight home from an Eckhart Tolle retreat changed everything, bringing with it years of intense physical sensation, both terror and bliss, living simultaneously in her body. Jeanne shares how the turning point wasn't another book or practice but a single moment of full surrender to the pain she had been pushing away, and how that moment revealed the true meaning of embodiment. We explore the body as a portal, the capacity to hold opposing forces at once, and the quiet truth that you don't need to be fully healed to start helping others. Throughout the conversation, we offer practical tools you can try right away: a simple felt-sense exercise using your own name to test what feels true in your body, the practice of inhabiting your heart center, and the grounding connection to the earth that makes it safer to go inward. This is a conversation about gentleness. About allowing fear to be there because it is just doing its job. About the fact that everyone's path is completely unique and there is no wrong timing. And about the one thing Jeanne says is the key to all of it: allowing everything to be exactly as it is, including the resistance itself. Connect with Jeanne on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jeanne.panucci Book a FREE 30 Minute Reconnection Call with Jeanne: https://link.feacreate.com/widget/bookings/30minutecall_o21fig Questions to ponder as you listen: What has been your version of seeking? Has there been a moment where you felt the search shift from gathering knowledge to wanting to actually feel something in your body?Jeanne describes holding terror and bliss simultaneously. Where in your life have you experienced opposing emotions at the same time, and what did that reveal to you? What have you been pushing away or resisting that might soften if you stopped fighting it? Can you allow the resistance itself to be there without needing to fix it?Where do you notice the voice that judges your progress? Can you recognize it as protection rather than truth, and offer it a little more grace? If your body is a portal, what might you discover by spending less time above it and more time inhabiting it?If you feel like sharing your contemplations, you can tag or message Minnamari on Instagram at @mysterious.minnamari or send an email to minnamari@mysterious.studio. Reality is a Process

We often treat "reality" like one single thing to be captured or pinned down. But what if we instead view reality as a process? In this episode, I attempt to describe my view of reality as a messy, living dance, or a process of ongoing unfolding. From the power (and pressure) of believing our minds shape our world, to the hard lessons of when logic alone can't break a panic loop, I share personal tools that actually work: from bringing myself back into the present through the "Circle of Reactivity", to why journaling sometimes made my anxiety worse by dragging me deeper into old memories and what to do instead. We'll also look at how play reveals what we hide. I open up about a strange pattern I observed while playing The Sims: regardless of who I started with, I always ended up building a family. Two years later, I became a parent myself. Was it manifestation? Or just the subconscious whispering what was ready to surface? Finally, we touch on Rapid Resolution Therapy®, a powerful perspective where we learn that we can speak directly to the body's need for safety rather than mentally analyzing our way out of fear. This is powerful, and more than that, it actually works, because: if you can remind your body how it feels to be safe - you have shifted yourself into a reality where you feel safe. This isn't a lecture on how reality "should" be. It's an invitation to stop fighting the process and start experimenting. Because whether you're navigating inherited trauma, subconscious desires, or just a bad day, the only reality that truly exists is the one you're experiencing right here, right now. Questions to ponder as you listen: Where do you find yourself accepting someone else's "truth" instead of trusting your own experience? What patterns in your play or daydreams might be pointing to a desire you haven't acknowledged yet?Can you imagine a situation where your current struggle isn't a failure, but simply a part of an unfolding process? If you view reality as relational—connected to ancestors, history, the present and the future—how does that change the pressure you put on yourself to "get it right"? Does it release the pressure, or add new ones? Or both?If you feel like sharing your contemplations with me, I'd love to hear them! The Universe is Relational

In this episode, I’m circling back to Astrology, which provides (some of) the foundational roots that Human Design and The Gene Keys are built upon. Talking about Astrology feels a bit tricky for me. For years, I was incredibly skeptical, even critical. Maybe it was because of that school textbook memory where humans were labeled "superstitious" for believing planets could affect us. Or maybe it was the annoyance I felt when people just said, "You're a Gemini," and put me in a narrow box. I felt like I did not fit in that box, I felt like I was all over the place, a bit of everything. I couldn’t connect with being defined by a single label. (Which is, ironically, a very Gemini thing to feel !? :D ) But exactly because of my annoyance, I felt pulled to explore what all the fuss was about. And through my own studies, something finally clicked. It started with a relational view of the universe: the idea that we aren't separate from these huge spheres out in space, but fundamentally connected to them. If energy is real, and we are all energy, why wouldn't there be a connection? Why wouldn’t we be affected by the background frequency of our solar system? So I went down the rabbit hole. I studied, took workshops, and listened to people who felt grounded in their own lived experiences rather than just repeating dogma (shoutout to Kelsey Rose Tortorice among others). I realized that while the Western archetypes might be human-made stories that could overwrite other cultural truths (like the unique Sami constellations), the feeling of tuning into these energies still resonated deep down. For me, it's not about finding the "only truth." The process itself is my "truth". In this episode, I dive into how moving beyond the Sun Sign creates a multi-dimensional palette and how that complexity can free you from restrictive boxes, or at the very least, open up additional perspectives on your life. It’s a playful, slightly messy exploration where skepticism meets soul. Whether you’re a hard-core materialist or a believer, maybe you’ll just feel a little more connected to everything around you. Let’s play with these ideas together. Questions to ponder as you listen: Do you see the universe as a collection of separate objects, or as a deeply relational web where everything affects everything else? How much of your identity do you let yourself be boxed into by labels (zodiac signs, personality types, roles), and where do you feel those limits don't capture the full picture? If these astrological archetypes are partly human-made stories, does that make them less "real," or does it make them even more powerful tools for understanding ourselves? Can you hold both skepticism and wonder at the same time? Where has that tension brought you closer to a truth you couldn't find otherwise? If you feel like sharing your contemplations with me, I'd love to hear them! Playful Skeptic's Guide to The Gene Keys

Introducting the Gene Keys: a gentle yet powerful framework that helps you navigate the chaos of daily life by pausing and contemplating the wisdom that's already present in your life. During my second parental leave in 2025, I found my shadow behaviors again surfacing with startling clarity. In all the overwhelm I experienced, I needed something different than the information-heavy approach I knew from Human Design. Enter the Gene Keys: a system built on the same foundations (I Ching, Astrology, Neutrinos) but with a radically different philosophy. Instead of filling the mind with new data, it invites you to unlearn, to pause, and to feel into what is already there. In this episode of Mysterious Studies, I share my personal journey into the Gene Keys. We dive into the Shadow-Gift-Siddhi model, discuss why I decided to train as a Gene Keys Guide, and explore the value of pausing instead of rushing, and why a playful, experimental approach to "woo" might actually be the most grounded way to live. Whether you are a skeptic wary of dogma, a parent navigating the shadows, or simply curious about how to turn "junk DNA" into a portal for self-discovery, this conversation offers a nuanced, playful, and deeply personal perspective on treating life's triggers as gifts. Contemplation Questions for You What frameworks or lenses have you used to understand your own "shadow" behaviors?Where do you land on the spectrum between needing scientific proof and finding value in metaphorical storytelling?Have you ever experienced a "gentle container"—a system that didn't demand perfection but invited you to pause and feel? How do you navigate the tension between the urge to "fix" yourself and the practice of simply observing? If you feel like sharing your contemplations with me, I'd love to hear them!
