Love these guys, you can’t go wrong. The amount of work they put into these and the sources they site have saved me hours of my own work, so these guys are invaluable to people are looking for easy listening and deep dives into mythological history. Keep up the good work guys!

This was one of the few podcasts I could genuinely recommend to anyone as a flawless show. Speakers were engaging to listen to and each episode was very well researched. Most of this is still true which is why I give it 4 stars. However, and I’ll never understand why people feel the need to do this (especially in business), they decided to get personal in the Santa Claus episode. It broke all character and immersion of the show for me and I honestly find it difficult to get back into it now. It’s like when you’re watching a show and then one of the stars leave and get replaced and the magic is ruined. I can’t recommend it anymore but if you’re coming in after the Santa Claus episode maybe you won’t be bothered.

I absolutely love this podcast! The topics are so interesting and entertaining at the same time. Each time I tune into this podcast, I leave with more understanding of mythical topics. Highly recommend!

This a fun podcast, with deep dives into a variety of myths. The hosts are very low key and relaxed, and the pace is slow. Most of the content is descriptive , with relatively little analysis or discussion of interpretive works. But overall a pleasure.

The hosts do a great job presenting the vast amounts of research they bring to every episode. Very fascinating content.

It’s the perfect podcast to wind down to- please don’t stop researching and recording.

I recently got shown this podcast by a friend and it’s absolutely fantastic. I really love how they discuss their recourses at the beginning and discuss how some myths were westernized, trying to find the true origins rather than the altered versions we tend to be more familiar with.
