Following the NLRB's initial ruling in that Dartmouth men's basketball athletes are employees, and their subsequent vote to unionize, attorneys Ksenia Maiorova and John Mazzeo joined host (and attorney) Kristi Dosh to discuss questions that need to be addressed before student-athletes can become employees.
