Enlightening and Entertaining
As a new employee, I started listening to NBSCast as another way of feeling out Nelnet’s culture. Through content and banter, hosts Rachel and Raquel reflect the values and guiding principles I’ve experienced in all aspects of the company. Working remotely, I feel less isolated from my colleagues when I get to hear them talk about their personal stories, interests, passions, and careers.
Informative and Insightful
I was really happy to finally dive in and give these a listen. I find the episodes to be a quick listen, yet they pack in a lot of great information and insightful tips. I especially enjoyed the episode on resetting your space. I have personally struggled with being overwhelmed with work/life and find that the clutter around me only makes me feel more stressed. I do tend to keep a lot of “stuff”. While I wouldn’t be as extreme as Marie Condo, I could definitely benefit from some of the tips provided in this podcast. Keep up the good work and I can’t wait to hear more!
