    30. MAY THE DECADE BE WITH YOU

    In this Episode, Yvette asked OG Santana to come back for a special New Decade Episode!  But she said no.  So instead, Yvette subjects Poor Man's Santana to ideas she's been working on all day about how to choose a new, better, different life (and on a related note, self) in the upcoming decade.  Since Yvette has ADD, she starts in the middle (take inventory of who you are and what makes you stronger/weaker), circles back to what should have been the beginning (define the kind of year and decade you want to manifest), lets PMS derail her with dream analysis and finally ties it all together (except maybe that dream stuff) with step 3, create a new, better, faster, stronger, 2007 Kanye normal.

    28. Happy Last Full Moon of the Decade

    Full moons are all about reflection, releasing and realignment so on the last full moon of the decade, Yvette drinks entirely too much wine (literally two glasses) and Autumn, unsurprisingly, doesn't want to explore anything negative.  Then they talk about the good, bad and the ugly of the holidays and how they go about surviving and thriving in them -Yvette leans in, Autumn leans out and both believe in a choose your own adventure approach regarding holidays and life. Finally Autumn makes Yvette feel like garbage for loving Woody Allen.

    27. Bourbon and Burlesque (Interview with Chris Thomas) Part One

    In this episode Autumn and Yvette interview the Host of Bourbon and Burlesque, Chris Thomas. In what was supposed to be an episode about sexy things like burlesque, Yvette gets distracted pretty early on and derails the three of them into exploring how Chris accidentally stumbled onto sobriety after a rough night out.  Specifically, Chris shares what his choose your own recovery process looked like (diet, exercise, attainable goals) and the unexpected gifts of his sobriety (grad school, career, hobbies).   After exploring recovery, the trio stays on track momentarily while Chris talks about his experience as burlesque host and Yvette tells Chris why he should do standup.     25. Autumn Finally Joins Yvette's Cult of Journaling

    After only 10 years of Yvette nagging, Autumn finally starts journaling and loves it.  Then she tries to explain her “be patient with liars” philosophy. Unconvinced, Yvette respectfully disagrees and strongly suggests not lying to her. Later, the two touch on the subject of Yvette's favorite book, The Art of Loving.

    24. Can People Change?

    Autumn and Yvette try to talk about whether or not people can change but the conversation digresses, like so many, into one of death and dying. More specifically, they discuss what aided their grieving processes (Yvette plugs journaling yet again) and how you can be helpful to a loved one who’s grieving. PS were still experiencing technical difficulties and so like this is totally unedited and rough 🤫
