I just finished listening to the first two episodes, and….WOW! I feel seen and empowered! I think we (humans) spend a lot of time trying to change who we are, and leaning into who culture tells us we ought to be. It is important to remember that God created us uniquely the way we are for a purpose. That doesn’t mean we don’t continue to grow and change, but the goals of that change are different when we trust our Creator. We should lean into the strengths He has given us. Just like Eric had to unlearn his baseball swing so that he could improve his golf swing, I think there is a lot we have learned through culture (broadly and church culture) that we need to unlearn in order to truly live our designed purpose. I love this podcast so far! Keep up the good work!!
