    SXSW and the Rise of Voice Tech

    Scot and Susan are the husband and wife team behind Pragmatic Digital - a consultancy that helps businesses use emerging technology to improve their customer experience. They are also the authors of Voice Strategy: Creating Useful and Usable Voice Experiences. It’s Susan’s 1st SXSW, though Scot was there a few years ago - but their first foray into SXSW as Voice Experts.
