In this episode, Jeff unpacks adolescent development. It is possible we are not effectively reaching and keeping the next generation because we don’t understand the changes which have occurred developmentally over the last several decades. Times have changed since when Jeff was a kid in the 1970s and 1980s. Come learn what adolescence is all about, the task of adolescence and the three questions every one of them are intuitively asking. This will help parents, coaches, teachers, pastors and mentors extend more understanding and grace as we love the coming generations.

Jeff is the Next Gen Pastor at Mission Hills Church and has been in full time ministry inside and outside the local church for nearly 30 years primarily helping children, middle school, high school and young adults become like Jesus and join him on mission. He has also served as a Lead Pastor. He has advanced degrees in theology, youth and family ministry and leadership. Dr. Chap Clark (PhD) is a Master Jedi when it comes to ministry with and to the next generation! He is a veteran youth and family expert and has been inside and outside the church world doing first-hand academic research about the coming generations. He has served as a youth pastor, Young Life leader, university faculty member, and lead pastor.  He has written many books on the next gen and family ministry.

Ken is the NextGen Pastor at Wooddale Church in Minnesota, a ministry professor, and a wonderful author. He is married to Kathy and they have three kids. He also has an awesome beard!
