    What if some of the things we’ve been taught to see as signs of a “complete” life aren’t actually what make a life complete? And what if God has something to say about the season you’re in right now? This Sunday, Pastor Chris will be preaching on singleness and inviting us into an honest conversation that reaches far beyond relationship status. Whether you are single or married, this is a conversation worth being in the room for. Join us this Sunday, and don’t come alone. Think of someone who may be wrestling with questions about relationships, purpose, or the life they thought they would have by now—and invite them to sit with you. It may be exactly the conversation they need. We meet at 10 a.m., 360 Schermerhorn St., at 10 a.m. Kids' Church for ages 4-12 starts at 10 as well.     Lets talk about love - Audio

    Let's talk about love Hey family, it’s easy to talk about love. It’s much harder to live it out—especially when people frustrate, offend, or disappoint us. In 1 Corinthians 13, Paul challenges us with a powerful question: What good is everything we do for Christ, if we don’t love one another? This message takes an honest look at what biblical love really looks like, where we fall short, and why the answer isn’t simply trying harder—it’s looking to Jesus, the perfect picture of love. Announcements: School supply giveaway! Backpacks and school supplies will be provided to school-age children after service on Sunday September 6.     How God loves us through tough times - Audio

    Hey family, there are wonderful moments in life where we rejoice and are glad, and we think they will last forever. The reality is, difficult times happen to us all. All we have to do is live long enough to discover that life also comes with pain and regret. This Sunday we'll look at how God sustains us through times of loss and grief. And we'll find that God is enough, and that what we need most, God gives us freely. Invite a friend.     How to deal with grief - Audio

    Hey family, I hope that your summer has included some quiet time to spend with God. How to deal with grief This week we're talking about grief and how as Christians, we are not exempt from pain, suffering, and loss. These experiences are universal. We go through them whether we trust in Jesus, deny him entirely, or worship some other form of god. So this Sunday we speak to those who mourn, to those who grieve, to those who have suffered great loss. You've either gone through it yourself or you know someone who is in that situation, so bring a friend or loved one along. --Edwin --Edwin

    Hey family, in times of confusion, either in our own lives or in the world at large, it can be difficult to determine where our hope lies. Jesus gave us some of the most hopeful words ever written when he began by saying, "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor." Join us Sunday as we welcome Pastor Jason Williams of Solid Rock Church in Texas, who will share with us the Good News we all need.
