I absolutely love Nic‘s voice and I have received a lot of value from listening to him!

I am a really big fan of Podcasts that involve one-on-one interviews or conversations with interesting people. This podcast is incredibly inspiring, and the interviewer, Nik Wood, is asking thoughtful questions and is truly present with his guests. I find that the guests are able to be comfortable enough with Nik to share their stories or their ideas in a very real way, and aren’t pretentious at all. That’s very refreshing. Additionally, I have learned a lot, it’s almost like a little bit of a therapy session in a way to hear these conversations. The topics are diverse and not exactly what you would expect from the title of the podcast. It’s not just bringing athletics into your lifestyle but also a bringing diverse perspectives that can be a bit like thinking of incorporating caring for our bodies, psychology, inspiration, career perspectives, and passion for our humanity. The only critique so far is that I wish the conversations were longer. I think the guests have a lot to share and time runs out so I find myself not wanting the episodes to be over. I know that podcasts often find themselves sticking to a format yet these conversations could probably go on for two hours and still keep my interest. I am going to keep this at the top of my list of favorites.

Nic Woods is a pleasure to listen to and has a knack for drawing the wisdom out of his fascinating guests.

Thanks for reminding us to reach for the stars, but to have fun along the way. Love all of the different guests with various life experiences!
