    Approximately 10 percent of Amherst’s student population comes from outside of the US, and beyond that, many faculty members and staff are from a completely different corner of the world. This diversity is one of the things that makes Amherst such an exciting place to learn, while simultaneously engendering divides within the student body.  In this inaugural series, Rebecca highlights the voices of Amherst's international student population, beginning close to her own home of Northern Ireland.
