    Welcome to another episode of Nirvana Sessions Podcast and Thank you for tuning in. Honored to feature Imran in this weeks guestmix, He's a pioneer in the Kenyan house music scene, started off as a club DJ in Nairobi city in 2010. He has taken up residencies in many city clubs since. He lived and worked as a professional DJ in Paris, France in 2013 and 2014. He's also a producer, drawing inspiration from jazz and soulful hip hop frrom the 80-90's music and has been able to rework some of his favorite tracks and to give them an urban twist of electronic music turning them to gems. He describes his style of music as funky house, tech house, deep house, jazz and soulful hip hop. He is currently the resident DJ at Villa Rosa Kempinski and the DJ for tribe hotel both in Nairobi city.
