    PATREON BONUS EPISODE

    PATREON BONUS EPISODE

This week: Jen tries to read an article about a woman who claims her neighbor left a note on her door that her outdoor rainbow lamps were “aggressively gay”. The woman (who may or may not be gay) did a Go Fund Me and raised $48,000 - but there’s a follow up article that is the REAL story. In trying to read the article, Jen tells a story about how things really were more oppressive in the 1990’s and how progress has been made which might be hard for younger people to understand as they didn’t live through the less tolerant time.

    OLD SOAP

This week: Jen talks about her Stranger Things theory about Will’s identity, Kim Cattrall reveals the GROSS plot line involving Miranda’s son Brady that MPK had in mind for her character to be subjected to in “And Just Like That”, Congress is holding hearings about UFO’s which are now called UAP’s, returning texts to a friend about stemless wineglasses, dealing with a Target delivery, and a fascinating story about what’s now being done with half-used hotel soap that’s preventing millions of pounds of waste from taking up landfills.

    SINGULARITY

    SINGULARITY

This week: Jen finally finds out what “the singularity” means, no one is offended by Ricky Gervais - he’s just a hack, watching Selling Sunset and rooting for Chrishell in life, Gen-X irony can spin out of control and create monsters, and thoughts on how America is terminally ill.

Still like the podcast

I have listened to this podcast for a couple of years. I liked it enough to join Patreon but once I joined, I unjoined on the same day. It was a hassle having to go to another platform just for some added content. I would rather listen to a few ads then have to go to another platform just to hear a podcast. There are so many podcasts and the ads don’t really bother me. But I will still listen to this shorter version and I also listen to her other podcast, Anxiety Bites, which is wonderful.

waiting room vibes

For some reason, I really enjoy Jen's voice and her point of view, but a big chunk of the pod is usually complaining, hearing about her tour schedule, or ads, so it is tough to sit through that to get to the occassional interesting story. Seems like this lady signed a contract saying she has to do a podcast and she is more or less running out the clock.

Lame

This podcast is terrible ! Save yourself the trouble and just punch yourself in the face instead of listening.
