In Chicago, a group of renowned architects enjoy a short-lived celebration when their city is selected to host 1893 World Fair. Moods sour, however, upon realizing they have under two years to construct it and zero specifications. The excitement for the fair spreads to the streets of Chicago, but a ragtag group of shanty-singing newsboys have more interest in (figuratively) dunking on their hapless supervisor than selling papers.

Loved this first episode. It was funny as he*k, and yet somehow, on doing some research, it’s more or less true!!
I cannot wait for the next episode in the series and look forward to behind the scenes or articles on the website. Highly recommend for a blend of True Crime and historical drama!
