I came for Seinfeld stayed for the conversation I love the homework portion of the show it’s so insightful.

These insufferable clowns may be the most pretentious, sanctimonious podcast hosts of the modern age. The entire show is them showcasing their cOnTrOvErSiAl opinions about each scene, without any attempt to research behind the scenes trivia or facts about the show. There’s a lot of Seinfeld podcasts out there and this one ranks the absolute lowest by far.

I love Seinfeld and Curb so I wanted to give this show a chance but these two end up coming off like dime-store versions of the Seincast guys. They lack the wittiness and deep seeded appreciation of the source material that those guys had, and in its place is an overly critical and woke analysis of the shows. Sometimes I wonder if they even like the kind of comedy these two shows bring to the table? They seem far more concerned with pointing out “problematic” moments from various episodes than they are with actually discussing comedy. Case in point, on the latest episode they went on a 10 minute tirade about how much they hate Tucker Carlson then proceeded to continue breezing through the episode with little valuable insight. Almost like they were in a hurry for it to end. Do yourself a favor and check out Seincast instead.
