No Killing Goblins

It’s a fun fan conversation about The Wandering In. As the chapters and publications are released. It is also fun that the author follows the podcast and integrates the feedback into edits before final publication on Audible, Amazon, and in print.

I’m “new” to the Wandering Inn world, though am only mid-way through vol 4. This season is supposed to cover vol 1 only. Sadly, the hosts often can’t control themselves from spoiling things. They announce “spoiler alert!” (No wait time) and bam. Give the spoiler. We aren’t hovering over our pause/ff buttons ready to avoid your spoilers! Please, give us at least 10 seconds. Audio levels are horrendous. Oshi is so faint that I have to turn it up, and then Dragonus’s booming voice hurts my eardrums. Other than that, it’s nice to hear their thoughts on the work.

The opinions are great and the conversations are expanding. The only thing keeping me from going to 5⭐️ is that they don’t match volume level. I listen to most podcast while in transit and it’s no fun adjusting my volume to hear them over background noise and then getting my ear blown out when I get back above ground. Everything else is great about the show, I just hope they do more leveling for future episodes.
