We reflect on the complexities and challenges of forming and maintaining friendships, as well as their profound impact on our personal growth. From realising just how much our identities have been influenced and shaped by our friends during our childhoods, to lamenting how difficult(!) it is to foster strong friendship bonds in adulthood.     The Myers-Briggs Universe: Unpacking Personality Types

    Have you ever wondered why certain people just *click* with you, while others... not so much? In today’s episode, we dive into the world of MBTI and explore the 16 personality types that could hold the answers to your questions about yourself and your relationships. We’ll break down the four letters in the MBTI – their meanings, and differences – and explore how understanding personality types helps us better understand ourselves and those around us. Reflecting on our own MBTIs (as INFJ & INFP), we discuss how our self-perception can influence the way we interact with the world. But remember: MBTI is pseudo-science, so take everything we say with a grain of salt! 🥹 NOTE: Sorry the audio is a bit funky in this one (there's a bit of echo and background noise). We're still figuring out how to use the equipment! 😅

    From Sydney to Self-Discovery: Lessons Learned Studying Abroad

    Returning to Sydney after our life-changing study abroad experiences, we realized that it wasn't our city that changed, it was us. Our perspectives and mindsets had shifted, and we couldn't help but reflect on how these transformations occurred. Join us in this conversation as we explore the power of travel for personal growth, the unexpected friendships we formed, and whether we'd go through it all again.  One of the most significant takeaways from our time abroad was the realisation that our lives in Sydney were confined within a "bubble." We were surrounded by the same people, places, and routines, which limited our exposure to different ways of living. However, studying abroad allowed us to break free from this bubble and immerse ourselves in diverse cultures and lifestyles.  We share our regrets of not doing more while on exchange and our craving for novelty.
