With Love and apologies from Topeka

Listening to this wonderful Episode 1- ( where have you been all my life, ladies??) I just became aware of no crumbs on IG, doing the whole 30 thing and loving the recipes and food porn- my husband , grown children, grandkids and I live in Topeka and have the challenge of dealing with the mentioned WBC in your podcast today ... I have trouble even finding the words - and why I feel I must apologize just because we live in the same city is beyond me....but I wish the world could ignore them , tune them out, don’t give them recognition nor acknowledgement. We find it best to walk by them as if they are apparitions , sometimes heard and startled by them , but in the end given no creedence.... they are a blight on our city the nation and even the world . Keep spreading the love is what we can do! Have the new cookbook in my amazon cart , and cried my way through through the loss of mother podcast as I marinated a chicken and and prepared the onion elixir yesterday -it’s been 30 years and i love everything you said . Cheers to you - glad I found you
