Nom Nom Paleo Podcast

New York Times bestselling authors Michelle Tam and Henry Fong are best known for their fun, practical, and flavor-packed approach to the Paleo lifestyle. As the co-creators of the acclaimed Nom Nom Paleo blog, app, and cookbook, their work has been recognized by the Webby Awards, the Saveur Magazine Best Food Blog Awards, and the James Beard Foundation Awards. Each week, Michelle, Henry, and their two young boys also gather around their dining room table to host the Nom Nom Paleo Podcast. In each episode, they go behind the scenes at Nom Nom Paleo and dive into delicious recipes, examine food trends, and discuss their culinary (and non-culinary) adventures. They occasionally interview people and tell dumb jokes, too.

I just started listening after my doctor recommended your blog. Which I found, fell in love with and then wanted more and yup, went straight to the podcast, which I love even more, especially you and Henry’s humor and of course the double O’s crack me up! I really love your philosophy that you don’t have to be a perfect paleo. I have a lot of stress in my life and I’ve tried a number of diet trends and I feel like I failed when I slipped up. You and your hilarious family have given me inspiration to try once again to change my lifestyle for the better and let go of the stress of being perfect!!! And thank you thank you for making it ok, to no have all these special extra tools (another stressor) I just want to feed myself in a healthy way, but time efficient way...first up garbage stir Fry, made 5 ways!!! 😁 Keep up the awesome podcast and the inspiration!
Cute, I guess...

Mostly annoying and lacking of real substance. It’s nice that they have the whole family involved, and it’s cute and even a bit funny, but it’s clear early on that they don’t fully understand what paleo is (which is a huge problem if that’s what your podcast is based on), and they bounce back and forth between completely unrelated, useless ramblings and CLEARLY reading from a script. Neither one is great. In the end, there just isn’t enough useful material to make me want to give it any more of my time.
