I’m listening to the Bob Driscoll episode and I love what he just said about the time he applied for the associate AD at Berkeley. “Surround yourself with people that see gifts in you that you may not see yourself”. Awesome episode thus far!! Can’t wait to listen to all of the other episodes :)
