    Right OR Wrong? - Release the guilt around prioritising yourself

    We feel guilt, shame, and a sense of negative feeling whenever we choose to prioritise ourselves, say no, or even give ourselves attention and love over others... Why? Because from a very early age we were always taught to put others first, and honour their needs and wants - by this being of disservice to ourselves.  In this episode, I am sharing the blessing that comes in breaking through that conditioning, to help you, and myself, understand along the way that it is more than OKAY to choose yourself first, even if that means making the world unhappy.  Because by doing so, you take care of YOU... and you honour your time, your life, your energy - by placing it in places that truly fuels you and feeds you with abundant joy. Your mental health, emotional wellbeing and life is fully in your hands - if you don't like how something is unravelling in your life, do something about it to transform it into fun, feel good energy once again.  Why?
