    Episode 10: Not Afraid to Believe in Yourself

    Listen if you are ready to look at yourself as a powerful, infinite being. This week, Raya and Brooke explore the topics of self-doubt and the doubt we receive from others.     Episode 09: Not Afraid to Choose

    Listen if you’re ready to make stronger decisions. On this week’s episode, we answer a listener’s request to share one of the most powerful tools we use with clients. Brooke dives deep on the concept of “strong reasons vs. weak reasons” for every decision we make and action that we take. This is one of the favorite and most impactful tools that many of her executive coaching clients have benefited from over the years. Brooke takes Raya through the process and examples of weak and strong reasons in dealing with Raya’s own choice to move, and how a subtle change in our reasoning makes our decisions more impactful and empowering.
