    Guilt After Sex In Marriage

    For a few months, we've been working through a challenge within our marriage: Nicole sometimes feeling guilty after sex. As crazy as it may sound, there are plenty of couples who also face this challenge early on in their marriage––and sometimes years into their marriage––because of how sex is taught in the church. For years, many of us are told not to have sex before we're married. But then we get married, and no one ever tells us how to have sex or how to silence that voice inside our heads telling us sex is bad after hearing that for so long. On this week's episode, we unpack how this current challenge has impacted our marriage, what sexual trauma may have to do with it, and how we, as Believers, can do a better job at teaching and championing healthy sexual relationships.
