I share my own struggles with habit creation, from my New Year's resolutions to extreme challenges like 75 Hard, and how I learned the hard way that consistency is key. I discuss the common pitfalls that prevent habits from sticking, like unrealistic expectations and the temptation to change too much too fast. We explore why starting small and building gradually is the most effective way to create lasting change. I also touch on the power of accountability and support systems, and how having a community behind you can keep you motivated on tough days. I share my personal struggle of trying to keep my head above water while feeling isolated and overwhelmed. We explore the temptation to push through our pain by pretending everything is fine or becoming someone else. But as I reflect, I realize that staying true to myself, even in the messiest of seasons, is what truly keeps me grounded.
