    I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia in 2014. Since then, it has only gotten worse. Listen to this short episode to hear what the findings of my endoscopy mean, and what’s happening in my near future. I’ll give you a hint, I’m going under the knife in 6+ months.

    I took a self care quiz from loveisrespect.org, and I felt like I needed it because it opened my eyes to what self care truly means. It doesn’t mean always soaking your feet or getting a massage. It means saying no or taking a deep breath when overwhelmed.
