33. Why Mindset Matters | Season 4 Opener
I’ve been working on my mindset lately and I’ve learned that ONLY focusing on the bad that could happen tends to also close me off to accepting the good that may come my way, which is the good that I deserve. It’s the good things I’ve been working toward. What’s the point of working so hard for our growth if we’re closed off to the good things? Tune in to hear more about mindset, connection to self, and how being aware of our mindset also helps us connect better to who we are on episode 33.

Customer Reviews
Appreciate you sharing your brutally-honest truth
Thank you for your genuine sharing. I just finished your Ableism Goes Both Ways episode. There is a lot of pain in our world and i’m sorry to hear that hurt people hurt you. I appreciate your work.
So helpful
Listening to this podcast has so paralleled my own experiences as someone with ADHD who was recently diagnosed with ASD. Laura’s advice and information is wonderful, but even just hearing Laura express her feelings while going through it is beyond helpful. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone who suspects they or a loved one may be neurodivergent, or who has a recent diagnosis.
BEST PODCAST 🤍
I was diagnosed with autism late in life. This podcast has been a beacon of light and encouragement as I navigate life with this diagnosis. I can’t say enough positive things about Laura and the work she is doing. Thank you Laura for the work you are doing!
