Lacy shares her story of being diagnosed with hashimotos hypothyroidism and her battle with doctors who ultimately left her with extremely unhelpful advice. Lacy shares how many of the things that she tried to “fix” her hashimotos diagnosis - from eating very little calories to becoming a marathon runner, actually only made things worse for her. Many of the things she tried in her health and fitness journey before finding the answer to true health, are the same things that many of our clients and listeners probably have tried / will try at one point or another, so this is an important message for all.

    Your hosts and Lacy also dive into what reaching health and fitness goals as a busy mom looks like and they give you tips and tricks to stop making things so complicated and difficult for yourself!

I love this podcast. I started following Kara on social platforms a couple years ago and was thrilled when I learned there was a podcast with her equally knowledgeable and outgoing cohost. These girls bring high energy to the podcast which makes it easy to listen to and everything they say is so rooted in evidence but explained so well. Weekly reminder to reframe your mindset
