Real Talk for Sustainable Health and Fitness

NYQF has so much to offer anyone that is looking to kick the vicious cycle of attempting to lose the weight for good. Kara and Kylie are professional, down to earth, and tell it like it is. I love that they share all the tricks of the trade when it comes to sustainable health and wellness vs. how to lose weight quick. 5 stars and beyond! So thankful I incorporated listening to this podcast to help keep my mind on track with my own personal goals!
