As I transitioned into a new decade of my life I find that I am learning to trust myself more, I’m becoming more aware of the causes of my shortcomings and I am striving to outwork them. Sit and talk with me as I reflect on the little girl in me and discover ways to construct love letters to the new me. Maybe, just maybe you may find my story note worthy.

    Evolving

Evolution is a gradual developmental process usually turning something simple into something complex. Let’s talk about how we can practice forgiveness for what we didn’t know and be intentional about operating in our more complex and self aware selves.
