    growing through non-attachment

    the start of the new year is the occasion to set new goals and to envision a new life for yourself. i am manifesting a new and improved, grown version of me, which means working on my attachment style… non-attachment is the practice of mindfulness and presence in the existing moment. in buddhism there’s this idea that the root of suffering is attachment. non-attachment is about learning how to let go of the thoughts and emotions that create this suffering. today’s episode teaches you how you can learn non-attachment in order to help you grow !
