    On this episode, we carry on the discussion about the many facets of growing up in a blended family setup, and also speak about parents who leave their kids behind after they get married. “We worry about decorating a story way too much when we’re confessing to our kids about things like this; it stops being about the fact that you want to make sure your children are aware of what’s happening, and more about saving your own ass and making yourself look like you’re not the problem, or you didn’t abandon a child — whatever! Who cares?!”

    On this episode, we discuss the blended family dynamic, and delve into why some people have a problem with the idea of a 'step' parent. “What inspired this conversation was a tweet that I shared with you. The person thought that blended families [were] a scam. Everyone but one person agreed with that sentiment. I found it interesting because, well, that’s not been my experience, which is why I would like us to discuss it.”
