    Join us for Part Two of our conversation with Darya This episode is based essentially on keys to health. We have been discussing a lot about mental health and well-being on the podcast recently and for this episode discuss alternative medicine and practices to keep yourself flexible and functional for the things you like to do. We will discuss this as being able to keep surfing and or doing activities you love well into your middle years and beyond and how to keep your strength as you adapt into these later years. But mostly we plan to cover this in a general sense. We will talk Massage, Osteopathy, Yoga, The Gym and beyond.     Nova Kooks - A Welcome Back Episode

    It's been nearly four months since we've recorded an episode and this is the first time we've been in a room together since then as well. In this episode we discuss some of our summer adventures, not just surfing but other fun that we've gotten up to as well. We will also reflect on our goals from last season and how they went whether we bailed on them, had success, or pivoted the goal due to unforeseen circumstances. We have included a new segment where we give and discuss a surf tip. We also will talk about the future goals of the Nova Kooks!
