James Murray worked out of a custom-built shed in his garden, sorting thousands of slips each day. But the wildest part? One of the top contributors did it all from inside an insane asylum. Dr. Minor used the same knife to cut out dictionary entries that he later used in a moment of madness to castrate himself. His release was signed off by a young Winston Churchill.
