    Brittany Cote is my 3rd guest who's part of the Breakthrough Artist Program put on by the St Paul and District Art Foundation.  Inspired by Japanese and Aboriginal Culture, Brittany brings two very distinct styles to our community.  A fun, bright energy from Kamloops BC, Brittany is an asset to our town and we look forward to her contribution to the Art Exhibit for this program on April 18th!

    Episode 112 - Teo Chee

    From the warm, dry climate of Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the warm friendly people of Cold Lake, Alberta, Teo Chee has experienced a bit of a contrast from his early years to his late teens and young adult life.  Teo is a singer/songwriter who's part of the Break Through Artist program put on by the St Paul and District Arts Foundation.  We get a glimpse of his experience growing up in two very different parts of the continent and about his music.  Teo is releasing his first album on April 18th at the Break Through Artist Exhibit and teases a much bigger plan for it.  The details along with a live performance is here!

    Episode 111 - Paula Fejzullai

    When Paula Fejzullai reached out to tell me about the new Break/Through Artist program here in St. Paul, I had an idea that would promote the program and it's upcoming Exhibit in April, and tap into a pipeline of Completely interesting Guests!  Paula has been a teacher for 27 years, the last 20 here in St. Paul.  Her passion for photography and love of animals and pets, has led her to a unique area of photography and art.  Paula talks about her love behind the lens and about this new art program unique to St Paul.

    Episode 110 - Todd Tanasichuk

    For over 26 years Todd Tanasichuk has been involved with St Paul Football.  A program that a past guest and Lions alumni called the best minor sports program, period!  Todd talks about what brought him to St. Paul and why he decided to get involved.  Over his explanation of what he and his fellow coaches value for the players and their philosophy, you'll see why past players and parents agreed with it being the best!  It's not always about winning on the field, but that's often the result.  Todd is definitely a winner when it comes to being someone completely interesting!

    Episode 109 - Ross Krekoski

    What does it mean to have a PhD in linguistics?  What kind of a job would you do in that field?  Ross Krekoski has those answers.  From growing up on a farm near St. Paul, to working in Japan and Singapore, Ross has had a fascinating education and career.  After moving back to the St Paul area, he's since become a part of a unique program with Blue Quills University that's leading the way in revitalizing the local indigenous language.

    Episode 108 - Ashley VanLeeuwen

    A raw, candid storyteller that speaks his mind and the truth.  Ashley grew up knowing he would serve in the military and he did just that.  Losing a brother in arms and nearly his own life serving in Afghanistan, Ashley talks about that moment, his recovery and will to not only get better, but go on to getting his Airborne wings and a career with the RCMP where her currently works in security detail primarily for the Premier of Saskatchewan.  Funny, blunt, and one of the best our country has to offer.

    Episode 107 - Curtis Hargrove

    Curtis Hargrove has become synonymous with running and raising money and awareness for worthy causes.  From running across Canada raising money for the Stollery Children's Hospital to running marathons in high heels raising money and awareness for domestic violence.  However, Curtis has also dealt with drug addictions.  Here, he shares some of his happiest moments helping people and some of his darkest moments and how he's been able to overcome them.  An inspiration and of course completely interesting!
