Every human can attest to the consistent desire for growth and development. This need never goes away regardless of how much or how little you accomplish and the question we are left with is, where does it end? In the podcast, I discuss an alternative perspective. Battle of the generations - So what had happened was @moechivious shared a tweet that reads "Sure Gen Z know how to use the apps but Millenials OWN the apps." Now I have to admit that this was a tad bit shady but the hilariousness that followed on Twitter made this such an interesting topic to be serious about. 008 - Women, careers and child bearing (An opinionated discussion)

So Naomi showed me a tweet that reads, One of the most underrated advice for women who want to juggle both family and a great career (that I heard from Mary Erdoes of JPMorgan) is to marry early and have kids before 25. By 30 they're in school and you can still grow at work with less hindrance. According to her, starting with work first then having kids meant you took a mid-career hit when the kids arrive, making it harder to catch up. It sounded super counter-intuitive to me at the time but the more I think about it, the truer it appears. Dream (Spoken Word Poetry)

Some people may not know this about me but I love to do poetry and I always write to call for change. Because I believe in a future that is better than today. So as Nigeria clocks 60 years of independence I did this piece for her, for us. We know what homes we come from. This used to be reason enough... Reason enough to not eat every junk society provided us. Reason enough to not display the dirty linen of our kin in public. Reason enough to willingly give respect where it is due. Reason enough to represent our origins with results borne from diligence and excellence. We know what homes we come from. This could be reason enough... To forget the next big thing and tender to a legacy that will feed our children. To treat home like home, if we are ashamed of it then it is our responsibility to fix it. To restore the honour and values that gave us ground to grow. We know what homes we come from. It is the bond that courses through our differences and makes us one. It is the love that makes strangers into brothers. It is the energy that we bring. It is Nigeria. It is us and we are it. We know what homes we come from.
