A popular place for Military and Merchant spacers to relax and enjoy a drink or two. Just make sure no one starts any trouble or tries to make shady deals. He is not above tossing the participants out with prejudice. Speaking of prejudice, while alien visitors are rare, they will find Van... cold toward them.
