    هل يمكن للشغف أن يُعيد رسم المسار المهني؟ حكاية داليا تقول نعم

    يدور البودكاست حول مفهوم "البدايات الجديدة" وكيف يمكن للشغف والطموح أن يقودا الأفراد لتحقيق أحلامهم، حتى لو تطلب الأمر تجاوز مسارات مهنية مختلفة. نستضيف بحلقتنا من "N Talks" داليا، وهي نموذج ملهم تجمع بين مهنتها كمهندسة معدات طبية وشغفها الكبير بتصميم الأزياء. 1. رحلة داليا في عالم الأزياء: بدأت داليا شغفها بالرسم وتصميم الأزياء منذ الطفولة وأيام الدراسة.  على الرغم من حلمها بدراسة تصميم الأزياء، دفعتها الظروف لدراسة الهندسة الطبية، لكنها عادت لاحقاً لدراسة التصميم والخياطة للحصول على شهادات متخصصة. لم تكن فكرة مشروعها الخاص واضحة منذ البداية؛ فقد جربت مجالات متنوعة  قبل أن تكتشف أن شغفها الحقيقي هو تصميم الأزياء بنفسها. 2. الدافع والجمع بين مجالين مختلفين: تصف داليا مجال الهندسة بأنه علمي بحت، بينما يمثل مجال الأزياء تعبيراً عن "حسها الفني".  تعلمت الدقة والتركيز على التفاصيل من الهندسة، وهو ما تستخدمه في تصميم الأزياء. تفصل بين عملها كمهندسة خلال أيام الأسبوع وكمصممة أزياء بعد الدوام وخلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع. 3. فلسفة داليا في التصميم ومعاملة العميلات: تؤمن داليا بأهمية التصميم الفريد والخاص بكل عميلة، حيث تتعامل مع كل زبونة "كملكة". تنتقد "الموضة السريعة" (Fast Fashion) بسبب جودتها المتدنية وتأثيرها السلبي على البيئة، وتدعو إلى الاستثمار في قطع أزياء ذات جودة عالية وتصاميم مستدامة. تبدأ عملية التصميم بفهم شخصية العميلة (من خلال اختبارات شخصية)، أسلوبها، المناسبة، شكل جسمها، وموسمها اللوني، ثم يتم رسم التصميم وتطويره خطوة بخطوة بالتعاون مع العميلة. 4. المشاركات في المعارض: شاركت في معرض فني (انعكاس بالشارقة) بلوحات فحمية تعبر عن المشاعر الإنسانية. شاركت في معرض "دكاكين بلادنا"، حيث عرضت تصاميمها ومنها قطعة كورسيه مصنوعة يدوياً، والتي حظيت بإعجاب كبير. 5. التحديات وكيفية التغلب عليها: واجهت صعوبة في إيجاد الدعم والتوجيه الصحيح في مجال الأزياء، حيث تصفه بأنه "نادر" من حيث وجود المرشدين. عانت من تحديات في إيجاد خياطين يفهمون رؤيتها، وتعمل حالياً مع مشاغل متخصصة وتخطط لإنشاء فريق إنتاج خاص بها. تعتبر إدارة الوقت كأم وزوجة وامرأة عاملة في مجالين تحدياً كبيراً، وتستخدم استراتيجيات وجدولة دقيقة (مثل قراءة كتاب "العادات الذرية") لتحقيق التوازن. 7. دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي: تعتبرها فرصة مهمة للمصمم العربي لإبراز عمله عالمياً، بشرط فهم استراتيجيات التسويق. تشير إلى سلبياتها مثل استهلاك الوقت الكبير في التصوير والإعداد، وصعوبة عكس الجمال الحقيقي للقطع من خلال الصور. تختتم داليا اللقاء بالتأكيد على أهمية الاهتمام بالذات من الداخل والخارج، كونهما يكملان بعضهما البعض لتعزيز الثقة بالنفس وترك انطباع إيجابي.
