Dr. Gregor love the information you provide. But sometimes your voice is going up and down as if you’re talking to a child and it’s really hard to follow along. Is it possible to just keep your voice on an even keel so I don’t miss any critical information . Thank you

The info is all of the above but he speaks in a jerky cadence that becomes annoying after a while.
