    I touch on how lack of vulnerability is stimed from the fear of rejection. To want a soft life you have to be 100% you unapologetically. Easier said than done. To gain peace in your life you can’t be the you that that felt unheard and is now silent. Not the you that felt unloved and now hurts others & not the you that got hurt and is now fearful of vulnerability. If you really want to make a change you must learn who you are, unlearn patterns and take accountability for your actions while also not hold onto the projections people and society have placed onto you. Along with bestowing forgiveness for yourself and others 💗
