This isn't a grand idea that is hard to attain. There are simple behaviors that leaders can exhibit and practice to ensure the people they serve can soar. The word edification means the instruction or improvement of a person morally or intellectually. I’m obsessed with personal growth and knowing more about a variety of topics (ranging from leadership development, communications theory, human interactions, trends, and more!). I often get excited about a book I’m reading, information I’m diving into, or an article that I came across. I’ll call friends to tell them all about the content and they insist on me sharing what I’m learning in a way that’s easy to listen to and in summary form. SO here it is, a way for me to share the content I’m excited and passionate about and for you to hear about it.
