    Therapy bites 8 August 12th

    Hey y'all, here's my post-therapy recording from August 12th. This was from my 9th session of exposure and response prevention.  This project is wrapping up now. Maybe one more summary episode, maybe not.

    in betweentimes august 2nd

    In this episode I discuss taking a strengths-based perspective on OCD. I am interested in doing this.  After i posted this, my OCD chimed in: "you don't have anything worthwhile to say, this episode is stupid, why did you even record it, your thoughts are boring." Subjective units of distress (SUDs) for this is about 30, less than it could be because i have been podcasting and just talking for awhile now, despite these thoughts. if you don't like it, oh well. here it is.

    Interview with an OCD therapist

    On this episode I speak with Dr. Jessica Bodie about all things OCD. Dr. Bodie is Clinical Psychologist and Director of Child Services at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
