    Bigfoot in the Adirondacks | High Strangeness in the High Peaks

    Bigfoot needs a perfect hiding place, right? Adirondack Park covers an area of over 9,000 square miles and contains 2,800 lakes, 30,000 miles of rivers and streams, and has 46 "high peaks" - mountains that exceed 4,000 feet. Perfect habitat for a large, bipedal cryptid that wants to remain undiscovered.     Bigfoot in Connecticut? | New London County Sightings

    Connecticut is a well-known hotbed for Bigfoot encounters. And just last month, a story out of New London County made headlines when a witness claimed he saw an enormous, eight-foot-tall creature crossing a road near the Pachaug River in the early morning hours.
