    Tyson Bull

    In episode 17 we speak to Australian Olympic gymnast Tyson Bull. Tyson has just returned to Australia after a trying Olympic campaign where he finished 5th in the high bar final. We speak to Tyson about his progression in the sport and the adversity he has had to face to reach his goals and dreams. Tyson is Australia’s most successful Olympic gymnast in regards to individual achievement. No other Australian has made an Olympic final in Artistic Gymnastics. We are incredibly proud of his achievements, please welcome, Tyson Bull!

    Kyle Chalmers

    This week we had the pleasure of speaking to 2 time Olympian and gold medallist Kyle Chalmers. Kyle has kindly donated his time after a busy and trying Olympic campaign, to discuss his swimming career, his ups and his downs! Kyle's story is truly one of courage and triumph; an Olympic Champion at 18; and the health battles he had to endure in defending his crown at Tokyo 2020.

    Imogen & Molly Haylock

    In Episode 15 we have a TWO very special guest with us, Immy & Molly Haylock. Immy and Molly are triplets with Ethan who we had on episode 8!  When the girls were  just 12 years old, they faced a tragic loss when their mum, Melissa, passed away from cancer. In this episode, we talk with Immy & Molly about this difficult period in their lives.  We also touch on their chosen career paths, and the challenges they have faced!  Immy & Molly’s story displays courage and bravery and we hope you enjoy listening.  Please Enjoy.

    We have a very special guest on off your mind this week! Clay Stephens, has an incredible story. For a young man, he has been through countless struggles with Gymnastics, which he outlines to us through the episode. His perception of himself, his struggles with injury and mental health, and how he has overcome them is a testament to his character and nature. Clay is incredibly insightful and terrific at articulating the pain and anguish he has experienced through his life. Even so, his courage and positive outlook on life should leave with a smile on your face. We certainly learnt something from Clay in this episode and we hope you all can as well.
