ok storytime

I have listened to this podcast everyday for the past two years. The hosts are funny and make this podcast my favorite story time podcasts.

The group has a lot of funny moments. However, their collective lack of life experience sometimes leads to comments that are off putting. However, it’s mostly harmless though it’s difficult to sit through the advice given when the givers have lived a seemingly privileged life. So comments made about situations that deal with poverty, addiction, homelessness, and other serious topics can occasionally come across as callous.

Unappealing and feels more like a bunch of bullies bad mouthing people behind their backs than talking about how they would handle the situation in these stories. Which is suppose to be their premise but feels like a bunch of mean girls going through their burn book. Genuinely feels toxic and insensitive. I’m honestly going to smosh reads reddit stories instead.

They're stuck on a high horse of I would never and clutch their pearls too much for Reddit stories. They don't credit when they take stories from other shows subreddits and even laughed about it on air. Hope life doesn't hit this group too hard with all their I would never's.
