What My Anxiety Attacks Look Like
Over the past 2 years, my anxiety/panic attacks have gotten worse, so I thought I'd dive into what they are like for me and what I experience. This is only my point of view and about me, so this isn't reflecting on all people with anxiety or those who experience anxiety attacks, but it it what I deal with.
