Looking forward to getting older but stronger

From having Hans as a former principal, fitness instructor, basketball coach, life coach, mentor, and overall great example of a leader. I am reminded of how he manages to seemingly do it all. The ability to reinvent himself & to not be afraid of starting anything new at any age is something I will take with me for life. For that I am forever grateful. After listening to this podcast I am more than ready to start figuring out & readjusting my “limiting beliefs.” I recommend this podcast to anyone who is interested in personal growth & development. If you pay attention and actually practice some of the gems being given to you. Rest assured you will see/feel a difference in your life, and awaken parts of you that you may have never known existed. Can’t wait until the next one!
Cheers!
